Attention Symphony Village Clubhouse Concert Hall Users;A small leak was discovered today in the concert hall wall next to the kitchen. The pinhole leak was identified in a copper pipe leading to the kitchen sink and was repaired by a plumber this afternoon. Attention Symphony Village Clubhouse Fitness Room Users;Due to the extreme heat, the condensation from the HVAC ductwork has caused a problem with a portion of the fitness room ceiling over the wooden gym floor. The wooden gym floor has been blocked off, and temporary repairs have been made to the ceiling. The HVAC contractor will be out on Monday to assess the situation.
