Dear Residents,The irrigation system currently has two active leaks, both believed to be mainline-related. The first is located in the turf area behind the entry-side monument sign. Motion sensors have been installed on the display cabinets in the Concert Hall. When the cabinets are approached, they will light up. Three minutes after no motion has been detected, they will turn off. Please do not touch the sensor units on top of the cabinets. The simple act of touching them can change the settings. If they need to be turned off for an evening event that requires darkness, like Movie night, simply unplug the unit from the outlet and plug it back in when the event is over. Contact Pat G ...Continue Reading

Dear Symphony Village Residents, Please be advised the *dredging and restoration of the stormwater pond forebay at Pond 1* is scheduled to begin on *Monday, August 11. *The project is expected to take *approximately one week, but no more than two weeks* to complete, weather permitting.For reference, the forebay is the smaller, shallow basin located where water flows into the stormwater pond.
