Symphony Village HOA Residents, Due to the unseasonably dry conditions and high temperatures over the summer months and in recent weeks, the irrigation system has been turned off as of today, Wednesday, November 6, 2024. The system has been turned off to ensure water usage for the year does not exceed the 12 million gallons set by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE).
