An Important Message From Your Covenants Committee!

All homeowners are required to wait until the Irrigation Contractor (Montgomery Irrigation) turns on the irrigation system so they may guarantee sprinkler head location before a resident initiates an APPROVED exterior modification that requires a shovel to be put into the ground. Greetings Symphony Village Residents:The pool maintenance contractor, Anchor Aquatics, was able to determine the gas emitted from the combined chlorine has essentially been “trapped” in the indoor pool area. Consequently, it is reentering the water resulting in more combined chlorine and being recirculated though the indoor pool environment. Greetings Symphony Village Residents, During the weekly routine maintenance visit today, Anchor Aquatics preformed a series of routine chemical tests beyond the tests taken during the daily monitoring. The weekly visits and the additional testing are completed per the pool maintenance contract and QAC code. During the testing the pool monitoring contractor, Anchor Aquatics, found that the levels of combined chlorine were once again above the levels allowed per code.
