Attention Symphony Village Clubhouse Fitness Room Users;Due to the extreme heat, the condensation from the HVAC ductwork has caused a problem with a portion of the fitness room ceiling over the wooden gym floor. The wooden gym floor has been blocked off, and temporary repairs have been made to the ceiling. The HVAC contractor will be out on Monday to assess the situation. In case you missed the announcement at the last SV HOA meeting, Symphony Sneakers has dissolved. All monies already in our treasury will be dispersed to the public schools in the Fall. As a result, the HOA Dues Raffle, scheduled to start with sales at the June 22 Ladies Social Hour has been canceled. Please do not bring any checks to the clubhouse as no tickets are being sold. The entire system is back to its normal schedule, with one exception. _Front bed_ zone 128 has been shut off after the discovery yesterday, that a gate valve has failed.  We are awaiting a replacement. The SV Board and Management are quite concerned about SV Irrigation leaks and outages, particularly as we find ourselves in a moderate drought early this summer. Management is working with Montgomery Irrigation to get the full system functioning as quickly as possible.The Board will be discussing Irrigation issues and related planning this week during Wednesday and Friday meetings.
