Attention Symphony Village Clubhouse Fitness Room Users;Due to the extreme heat, the condensation from the HVAC ductwork has caused a problem with a portion of the fitness room ceiling over the wooden gym floor. The wooden gym floor has been blocked off, and temporary repairs have been made to the ceiling. The HVAC contractor will be out on Monday to assess the situation. The SV Board and Management are quite concerned about SV Irrigation leaks and outages, particularly as we find ourselves in a moderate drought early this summer.
