Dear Symphony Village Residents;There is a leak in an irrigation gate valve impacting irrigation well pumps 2 & 3, which has necessitated putting those pumps out of commission until the completion of the leak repair.  Repairs have been ongoing but have still not been able to be completed, as the contractor has encountered unforeseen complications.  Therefore the irrigation in the area outlined in red on the map below is not currently in operation.  Parts have been ordered ...Continue Reading

Symphony Village Residents,To help combat the dry conditions the irrigation system will run 50% longer in each zone next week if there is no significant rainfall. The system will also run this Saturday and Sunday mornings at increased run times.The 50% run time increase means that the residential beds will run for 12 mins instead of 8, the residential turf will run for 15 mins instead of 10 and the common area turf will run for 30 mins instead of 20.
