Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

Edging of residential lots and common areas by Level Green Landscaping is tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 9 through Friday, March 13, weather permitting. This annual contracted service includes edging of residential front beds, lead walks, and driveways, as well as common area sidewalks, curbs, and tree pads.

Mulching of residential front beds along with common area beds, and tree pads is tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 16 through Thursday, March 19, weather permitting. Pre-emergent weed control will be applied to mulch beds, and fertilizer will be applied to shrubs in front beds prior to mulching.

Opt-Out Reminder:
If you submitted a 2026 Opt-Out Form, your front bed will not be edged or mulched. A pink opt-out flag will be placed in or near your front bed before work begins. Please do not remove the flag, as it notifies crews not to service the bed.

Other Important Reminders:

• Landscaping crews will be working throughout the community in the timeframes above, weather permitting. If a neighbor’s property is serviced before yours, please do not be concerned as crews will make their way to each home.
• Crews will return to any areas that may have been missed after the initial pass.
• If you think your front bed or a nearby common area element was missed, please do not approach the crew directly. Once the crews have completed their initial pass, submit a Landscape Work Order (CLICK HERE) so Management and Level Green Landscaping can ensure your bed or the common area in question is addressed.
