Dear Symphony Village Residents,
The Association is fortunate to have a clubhouse that residents may enjoy for scheduled activities and larger events, as well as small informal gatherings with friends and neighbors.
The Board of Directors would like to remind residents that when submitting an Activity Request Form to utilize space in the clubhouse, the description of the activity should accurately reflect the nature of the gathering.
For larger gatherings of a personal nature, the Concert Hall is to be leased for a fee by submitting the Concert Hall Lease Agreement (click here). During the warmer months, the Pavilion may also be reserved for gatherings at no cost with certain restrictions using the appropriate forms (click here). Please note that all activities, lease agreements and reservations may be subject to Board review and authorization.
In response to a recent event and to help avoid the need for additional restrictions or oversight, the Board is asking residents to please:
