Residential Driveways & Leadwalks Update
Symphony Village Residents,
After carefully reviewing conditions throughout the community, the Board of Directors has determined that residential driveways and leadwalks will not be serviced by Chester River Landscaping (CRL) at this time.
Minimal snowfall accumulation on hard surfaces and melting was observed in most areas. Based on current conditions and the forecast, the Board determined that residential clearing by CRL is not necessary. The Board and Management will continue to monitor the weather closely should conditions change.
As a reminder, the Board of Directors is responsible for maintaining the overall financial health of the Association. That responsibility must be taken into account when making decisions regarding snow removal and/or ice treatment services.
