Electric Outage Issue at the Clubhouse - No Heat
Attention Residents:
The Clubhouse experienced a partial electrical outage earlier this morning, and Delmarva was contacted immediately. Power has since been restored; however, the heating system is currently not operational.
Our HVAC contractor has also been contacted and is en route to assess and address the issue. An additional update regarding the heat will be shared once the contractor is onsite and more information is available.
