   4. Elliptical Replacement – Ops recmd new elliptical to replace non-working for NTE $8,000
   5. Replacement Reserve Study Update RFP – Ops req authorization to seek bids for updated study
   6. Fire Alarm Initiating Device Replacements – review proposal from Atlantic Security for $8,985
