The Board of Directors approved the 2026 Operating Budget for Symphony Village HOA on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, as proposed. The Operating Budget outlines the Association’s annual operating costs and determines both the monthly assessments and the annual reserve contribution.

To maintain a strong financial position and continue caring for the community’s aging infrastructure, the Board has approved a monthly assessment of $290 for 2026, representing a $20 increase from the current $270.

Important Payment Information – Please Read in Full

Assessment payments are due on the first of each month, and several payment options are available:

• Physical payment coupons: These will be mailed to all homeowners in the coming weeks. By requirement, the Association must mail a physical coupon book via USPS. Homeowners should receive their booklets no later than January 1, 2026. If you pay—or plan to pay—electronically, you do not need to use the payment coupons.
• Recommended method – ProCom’s ACH debit program: The easiest way to pay is through ProCom’s recurring ACH debit program. Enrollment is free and secure. Once enrolled, payments will automatically be deducted from your linked bank account each month in perpetuity. Sign up via the homeowner portal at https://procom.cincwebaxis.com. Under the Pay Assessments menu, select Sign Up for ACH Debit.
• Already enrolled in ProCom’s ACH debit program? No action is needed; your monthly assessments will continue to be deducted automatically.
• Other payment methods: If paying via e-check, credit card, or your bank’s online bill pay service, ensure the payment amount is set to $290 per month for 2026.
• Homeowner Portal: Regardless of your preferred payment method, owners are encouraged, visit https://procom.cincwebaxis.com/ and register for ProCom's homeowner portal if you have not already done so.  Once your registration is verified by ProCom, you will receive an E-Mail with a link to set your password.  A short video demonstrating the registration process can be found at the following link: https://tinyurl.com/CINCWebAxisRegistration.  You will be able to update your profile and contact information, view your account history and make payments, and more.
