Clubhouse Painting work begins Monday, October 27
Attention Residents,
The Clubhouse will be having painting work done starting Monday, October 27.
The Clubhouse gym will be closed and inaccessible on Monday, October 27, from 9 am until 8 am Tuesday, October 28. The Locker rooms will not be accessible on this day. Please shower prior to using the pool or spa, as per code.
The Clubhouse Lobby will be closed Tuesday, October 28, from 9 am until 8 am Wednesday, October 29. Management will still be working and can be reached by phone or email.
Residents will be unable to pass through the Lobby from the Bar to the Card Room while work is taking place on Tuesday, October 28.
All other areas on either side of the Clubhouse Lobby will remain open and accessible, including the indoor pool and spa.
On Wednesday and Thursday, painting will continue on the exterior of the Clubhouse.
A follow-up email will be sent if any of the work needs to continue into the next day.
Please be mindful of the contractor at work and any equipment in the surrounding areas during these times.
