Symphony Village Residents,

The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Residents may attend in person in the Concert Hall or via Zoom.

The meeting agenda is provided below and available online. Reference materials, including Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions, will be posted on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village website (click here).


Important Agenda Item – 2026 Draft Budget for Distribution

At this meeting, the Board of Directors will review a recommendation from the Budget & Finance Committee regarding the draft 2026 operating budget. Please note that the budget will not be adopted or finalized at this meeting. The Board will vote only to distribute a draft to homeowners in advance of the December 3, 2025, meeting.

The operating budget outlines the Association’s annual operating costs and determines both the monthly assessments and annual reserve contribution. To sustain a strong financial position and continue maintaining the community’s aging infrastructure, the draft 2026 operating budget currently under review proposes a monthly assessment of $290, representing a potential $20 increase from the current $270.

The proposed increase in the draft operating budget is not the result of any single large project or multiple major undertakings using operating funds, but rather a compilation of modest contract adjustments, increased labor and material costs, efforts to strengthen reserve funds, and the ongoing needs of an aging community infrastructure.

Please keep in mind that the Association’s operating fund covers routine, day-to-day expenses such as contracts, repairs, utilities, and administrative costs, while the reserve fund is set aside for major refurbishment and replacement of community assets over time.

Homeowners are encouraged to provide early feedback on the draft budget by attending the Budget & Finance Committee Meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., and/or the Board of Directors Meeting.

Comments, suggestions, and questions about the draft budget will continue to be accepted until it is formally adopted by the Board of Directors at the December 3, 2025, meeting.
