Signup Sheets for all Residents

This year, for the first time, we are requesting ALL residents to sign up if planning to attend this event.  This head count will allow us to provide seating for everyone. 

The signup sheets will be available starting today through Friday, October 31^st.  You will find the attending signup sheets on a clipboard next to a red binder for event volunteers’ signup in the Wall Street Room.

The red binder is divided into three sections:

Section 1 – is the signup for our 28 crockpot soup makers.

Section 2 – is the signup for those providing homemade or store-bought desserts.

Section 3 – is the signup for Committee Volunteers.  There is a brief description of duties for each committee.
