The following candidates have graciously accepted their nominations and expressed their intent to take part in the upcoming election and to serve (or continue serving) on the Board of Directors if elected:

• Bernard Doss
• Pat Glaunert
• Dave Mason

The Meet the Candidates Forum provides an excellent opportunity for residents to get to know the individuals running for a position on the Board of Directors and to learn about their vision for the community in the coming years.

Candidate Information Forms submitted by each candidate are available by CLICKING HERE and on the Governance page of the official community website (click here). They will also appear in the October 2025 issue of The Libretto, available on or around October 15.

As a reminder three (3) positions need to be filled this year. The terms of Dave Mason, Carol Peed, and Steve Nelson are expiring. These positions will be filled through an election at the December 2025 Annual Meeting of the Members. Each term is for two years.
