If you missed the signup for the Labor Day BBQ (Sunday, August 31), please contact Jane Diepenbrock at mathtutor2pir@PROTECTED.  The cost is $22 per resident, $25 for guests and $15 per child.  There is still room for six more people. 

If you are able to help keep the iced tea and lemonade dispensers replenished or the dessert table tidied during the event, please contact Jane.  The lemonade, tea and ice are provided.  Several volunteers would be appreciated.

We have an exciting afternoon planned.  In lieu of the Putting League finals, there will be a Hole-in-One Contest for anyone who wishes to participate. There will be plenty of extra balls and putters available to anyone who would like to borrow one. This event will start at 3:00.

Here is are some of the events and the time line for the day:

12:30:  Event starts.  Remember to pick up your wristband for food at the registration tables either in the lobby or by the pool gate.

12:30:  Outside bar opens.

12:30:  Games available for play: Bocce, horseshoes, cornhole

1:00:  Food is served in the Concert Hall.

2:30:  Announcements

3:00:  Catered Food Service Ends; Desserts will be served until they are gone.

3:00:  Hole-in-One Contest on the Putting Green (open to all; balls and putters available)

4:45:  Clean up begins: Please help out as you can.

5:00:  Event ends
