Clubhouse - Hot Water Issue

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that there is currently no hot water available at the Clubhouse due to damage to an electrical connection sustained during the power surge on Friday afternoon.

An electrical contractor was on-site today to assess the issue. A replacement connector has been ordered and will be installed as soon as it arrives. We will send out a follow-up notice once hot water service is restored.

Cold water remains available at this time.
