GREEN THUMB INDUSTRIES 2025 OUTDOOR CANNABIS GROWING

From: "SV Residents" <no-reply@PROTECTED>
Date: July 23rd 2025

The Town of Centreville has allowed Green Thumb Industries (GTI) to add two extra acres to the outdoor growing of cannabis. This now totals over 4 acres. However, the town has also required that GTI install odor control and drying equipment as well as periodic odor testing during the season at various locations – including Symphony Village.

GTI has a new staff person for receipt of odor complaints – Alex Pinder, GTI General Manager. He can be emailed at alex.pinder@PROTECTED. Please copy me with any GTI communication at patfoxsv@PROTECTED so I can keep a log.

GTI asks that any complaint note:

  1. Date
  2. Time
  3. Location (by address or block)
  4. Type of odor (skunky, citrusy …)

We can set up a Symphony Village meeting with Alex as we did with Jeff Armstrong who fielded our concerns in 2024.
