Dear Symphony Village Residents,

As you enjoy community facilities in the warmer weather, please be reminded of the policies regarding access and use of the clubhouse and amenities, especially as they relate to guests and residents under the age of 55.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Residents must accompany their guests at all times while using the facilities.
• Electronic key cards may only be used by the Age Qualified or Age Permitted Resident to whom they are assigned. Use by anyone else is prohibited.
• An Age Qualified Resident is defined as a person whose official address is a Symphony Village home, either as an owner, co-owner, a qualified member of a couple, or a renter who meets the age qualifications.
• An Age Permitted Resident is defined as a child or children 19 years of age or older who live at a Symphony Village home with an Age Qualified Resident. They may access the clubhouse and amenities during open hours without being accompanied, but:
  • They may not bring guests to the clubhouse or any other amenities unless accompanied by the Age Qualified Resident with whom they reside.
• Only residents 21 years of age or older are allowed to be behind the bar. Family and guests are not permitted behind the bar at any time.
• No alcoholic beverages shall be served to anyone under the age of 21.

These policies were designed to preserve a safe and enjoyable environment for all members of the community. Thank you for your understanding and continued cooperation.
