If you have completed the work for an approved Exterior Modification Form (EMF), and the Covenants Committee has not completed a final review, please contact the HOA management office at 410-758-8500 or tsarris@PROTECTED.

This is only for EMF request forms that you have submitted to the Covenants Committee.

The Covenants Committee will contact you to schedule and complete the final review.

This is the final step in the Exterior Modification process.
