Clubhouse Closed & Winter Weather Update

Symphony Village HOA Residents,

The Association’s snow removal contractor, Chester River Landscaping (CRL), has been dispatched to clear and treat the snow/ice around the Clubhouse. The contractor is scheduled to begin the removal/treatment efforts as soon as possible today, Monday, January 20.

The Clubhouse is closed until further notice due to the icy conditions. For your safety, please refrain from accessing the Clubhouse, parking lots, or surrounding sidewalks until these areas are clear and hazardous conditions have been addressed.

This is a reminder that the Board of Directors is responsible for the financial health of the HOA, which must be considered when making decisions regarding snow removal and ice treatment.

Please continue to exercise extreme caution and use discretion when accessing the Clubhouse, and when walking or driving within the community. Sidewalks, driveways, and asphalt may be slick and/or icy in many spots.
