Thank you for your continued patience as the snow removal contractor continues working throughout the community. All residential driveways and leadwalks (walkway from the front door to the driveway) should have been cleared once since the contractor began removal efforts yesterday afternoon.

Please be assured that the contractor is diligently working to service all homes as safely and efficiently as possible. The snowfall overnight, combined with below-freezing temperatures, consistent winds, and strong gusts create less-than-ideal conditions for clearing. The contractor will remain onsite into the evening today, Tuesday, January 7, and will likely return tomorrow, Wednesday, January 8, to continue the removal efforts.

The removal efforts include the application of pure magnesium chloride pellets (ice/snow melt) on concrete driveways and walkways at all homes without an orange ribbon tied around the front light post.

If you must leave your home, please continue to use extreme caution and be mindful of potentially icy or slick areas despite the application of snow/ice melt.
