2025 Approved Budget

Symphony Village Residents,

The Board of Directors approved the 2025 Budget for Symphony Village HOA on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, as proposed. The operating budget outlines the Association's operating costs for the year and sets the amount of your monthly assessments and the annual reserve contribution. To sustain a healthy financial position and continue maintaining the aging community infrastructure the Board of Directors approved a monthly assessment of $270 in 2025. This is $10 increase compared to the current monthly assessment amount of $260.

The 2025 operating budget is available for viewing and download on the Financials & Budgets page of the official community website or by CLICKING HERE.
 

This is a reminder that assessment payments are due on the first of each month and you have several options for payment. ProCom Management will be issuing payment coupons for 2025 via postal mail to all homeowners.

 

The Association is REQUIRED to mail a coupon book via USPS to all homeowners. You should receive the booklet no later than the first of the year. If you pay your monthly assessments electronically you do not need to use the coupon booklet. Please see below for more information about the monthly assessment payments.

 

The best way to pay your assessments is to enroll in ProCom’s recurring ACH debit program. It’s free and secure, and once enrolled, your payments will be automatically deducted from your linked bank account each payment period in perpetuity. The application to sign up for ProCom’s ACH debit program can be found on their homeowner portal: https://procom.cincwebaxis.com. Under the Pay Assessments menu, select Sign Up for ACH Debit.

 
IF you have already signed up for ProCom’s ACH debit program, NO action is needed; your monthly assessment payments will continue to be deducted from your linked bank account.

IF your payments are made via e-check, credit card, or your bank’s online bill pay service, please be sure the payment amount is set to $270 per month for 2025.
