Symphony Village HOA Homeowners:

This is a reminder that the next Board of Directors Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Members are scheduled for Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 6:00 PM. On Friday, November 1, 2024, a mailer containing the meeting notice, an absentee proxy and ballot, and the candidate information forms was mailed via USPS to all owners of record.

The meeting agendas are available online and below. Reference material for the Board of Directors Meeting is available on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here). The reference materials include Committee recommendations and other documents that the Board of Directors will consider for motions.
 

The Governance page of the official community website also contains a copy of the meeting notice, absentee proxy and ballot, candidate information forms, and the proposed 2025 Operating Budget.

 

Owners are encouraged to review the mailer and voting instructions thoroughly and contact the Management Office at 410-758-8500 with any questions.

The Board will vote on the proposed 2025 Operating Budget during the Board of Directors Meeting. The operating budget for Symphony Village HOA outlines the Association's operating costs for the year and sets the amount of your monthly assessments and annual reserve contribution. To sustain a healthy financial position and continue to maintain the aging community infrastructure the Board of Directors is proposing a monthly assessment of $270 in 2025. This would be a $10 per month increase compared to the current assessment amount of $260.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting of the Members is to conduct all business of the Association, including electing two (2) new members to serve on the Board of Directors for a term of two (2) years.

The Board of Directors Meeting and the Annual Meeting of the Members will be hybrid – virtually on Zoom and in-person at the Clubhouse (100 Symphony Way, Centreville, MD 21617).
