HOME INSPECTION UPDATE –

November 19, 2024

Dear Symphony Village Residents:

Thank you again to all those who have taken action to improve the appearance of their home and property!

This is a reminder that the third-party inspection company, HOA Inspection Services, is contracted to inspect all 395 homes within the community. The initial inspection of ALL homes has been completed and reinspection for Group 1 has been completed. Reinspection for Group 2 begins today.  

Homes will be re-inspected to verify that any findings cited during the initial inspection have been corrected. If you received a letter and have corrected the findings, thank you, no additional action is needed. The correction(s) will be verified upon reinspection. If you did NOT receive a letter, no action is needed.

Group 1: (Has been completed) Second notices have been recently sent:

• Concerto Ave
• Encore Ct
• Harmony Way

If you receive a letter following the reinspection of the home, please correct the findings identified in the letter. If you do not receive a letter following the reinspection of your home, no additional action is required as your corrective action has been verified and accepted.

Group 2: If your home is on one of the streets listed below. Your home will be re-inspected this week. 

• Opera Ct
• Orchestra Pl
• Overture Way
• Sonata Way
• Symphony Way

If you received a letter in September 2024 and have corrected the findings, thank you, no additional action is needed. The correction(s) will be verified upon reinspection. If you did NOT receive a letter, no action is necessary. Second notices to any home that have not corrected the finding will be forthcoming.
