Symphony Village HOA Residents,

A Special Meeting of the Members to amend the Declaration of CC&Rs related to the initial capital contribution paid by buyers at resale was held today, November 15, 2024, at 10:00 am. A further meeting of the Members has been called for the same purpose under Article 3.5 of the Association’s Bylaws extending the opportunity to vote on the proposed amendment.

The next meeting of the Members will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 2:00 pm. in the Concert Hall of the Clubhouse, located at 100 Symphony Way, Centreville, MD 21617, and via Zoom.

IF you have NOT submitted a proxy, please CLICK HERE to download the updated form or visit the Clubhouse Lobby for a paper copy. By returning your proxy you are voting in favor of the amendment.

Your proxy can be returned by email to gm@PROTECTED or in the Clubhouse Lobby in the black lockbox at the front desk. If you are in favor of increasing the initial capital contribution amount, please submit your proxy at your earliest convenience but no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, December 2, 2024.

IF you’ve already submitted a proxy, you do not need to submit another.

If you are NOT in favor of the proposed amendment to increase the amount of the initial capital contribution you do not need to return the proxy.

Ballots to vote on the proposed amendment will also be available at the special meeting scheduled for Monday, December 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in person and via Zoom.

If you wish to attend in-person, please join the Board in the Concert Hall on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. All are encouraged to come early; homeowners attending the meeting must sign in before 2:00 p.m. Please note that sign-in will begin at 1:30 p.m.

If you wish to attend virtually by Zoom, please CLICK HERE and follow the prompts. Please note that attendees are asked to register in advance and use their first and last names in the meeting.
