Symphony Village Residents,

A turf fertilizer treatment and lime application will take place starting Monday, November 4, and continue for three (3) days, weather permitting. This is the fourth turf treatment application in 2024 and is a liquid fertilizer treatment.

Application zones outlined in blue, red, and yellow on the map below correspond with each of the three (3) days. The application of the treatment will be completed in one (1) zone each day and is tentatively scheduled as follows:

Monday, November 4 – Red Section

Tuesday, November 5– Blue Section

Wednesday, November 6 - Yellow Section

Thursday, November 7 – Rain Date

The application will also include granular lime being put down in specific areas as recommended by the Landscape and Irrigation Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The areas of granular lime application will correspond with the liquid fertilizer application. However, the application of granular lime will be completed by a different crew. For more information and the specifics about the lime application, please contact the management office.

Please note that the crews may complete one zone ahead of schedule and proceed to the next applicable zone during the treatment.

The treatment sections were amended in 2022 with pet owners in mind. The new sections allow for easy access to untreated areas until the product is fully absorbed.

A small yellow marker will be placed in the areas that have been treated. If you do not see a marker directly in front of your home, please look at the surrounding houses. Markers are to be placed in clear view every 4 to 5 homes. The yellow markers will have the date of application noted on the back. Treatment should be fully absorbed in usually 2-3 hours once the spray has dried.

Level Green Landscaping (LGL) will also keep wind speed in mind to ensure conditions are suitable for applying the liquid treatment. The application will be completed using broad spraying.
