Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The aeration and over-seeding of the residential and common area turf by Level Green Landscaping is scheduled to continue this Saturday and Monday. Residential turf in the front and rear of homes will be aerated and over-seeded along with the turf in all common areas.

The aeration and over-seeding will follow the same pattern used during mowing and will be completed over approximately a six (6) day period. Zones outlined in red, yellow, orange and blue on the map below correspond with each of the four (4) days. The aeration and over-seeding will be completed in approximately one (1) zone each day and is tentatively scheduled as follows:

Monday, September 16– Day 1 RED Section

Tuesday, September 17 – Day 2 YELLOW Section

Thursday, September 19 – Day 3 ORANGE Section

Friday, September 20 – Day 4 BLUE Section

Saturday, September 21 – Day 5 (Rain/Extra Date)

Monday, September 23 – Day 6 (Extra Date)

Please note that the map reflects approximate areas for aeration and over-seeding each day. However, the crew(s) may complete one zone ahead or behind schedule so please do not be alarmed if there is slight variation.

If you believe your lot, portions thereof and/or the surrounding common area was inadvertently missed by the contractor, please submit a work order by CLICKING HERE or visiting the home page of the official community website.
