Stormwater Pond Vegetation Treatment

Dear Residents:

The stormwater pond maintenance contractor, LakeSource LLC, is tentatively scheduled to treat the forebays of all three (3) stormwater ponds in the community for invasive plant material this week, the week of September 9, 2024. The treatment will target pickerelweed and volunteer trees like black swamp willow that negatively impact the function of the forebays. '

As such, please do not be alarmed if you see vegetation browning in the forebays and surrounding areas.

Please be assured that management is aware of the work that will be going on at the pond.
