This is a reminder that the next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. Those who wish to attend may do so via Zoom or in the Concert Hall.

The meeting agenda is available below and online. Reference material is available on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here). The reference materials include Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.

  3. Putting Green RFP – Ops req authorization to seek proposals for replacement/referb of putting green
  4. Spice Bush Referb (Encore Ct ) – L&I recmd referb of spice bushes in common area for $2,338
  5. Lime Application – L&I recmd application in select common areas needed per soil test for $3,619
  6. Lilac Tree – L&I recmd adding Lilac tree to the approved planting list for Symphony Village HOA
  7. Curb Strip Soil Restoration – L&I recmd soil improvements for bare curb strips (x13) for $1,134
  8. Clubhouse Island Soil Restoration – L&I recmd soil improvements for islands (x2) for $1,698
