Symphony Village HOA Residents,
As you may be aware, displaying any sign in an area visible from another lot or the common area is prohibited by the association’s governing documents except for signage specifically allowed by documents such as the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, and the Architectural Requirements. Signs permitted by these documents include, “For Sale”, “For Rent”, security/alarm, house number and political signs, and a few others. All of which must comply with certain parameters.
Please visit the Governance page of the official community website or click here to view the documents mentioned above.
This is a reminder that political signs or the like may be displayed on lots no more than 30 days before the primary election, general election or vote on a proposition. Signs must be removed within 7 days after the primary election, general election or vote on a proposition. Political signs shall not be displayed on lots outside of this timeframe. A link to the Maryland HOA Act that outlines these restrictions can be viewed on the homepage of the official community website (www.symphonyvillagehoa.net) or upon request.
Political campaign signage, flags or the like are not to be placed or flown in the common area or on Town of Centerville property within the community at any time.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Symphony Village HOA Management
