2024 Home Inspections – UPDATE
HOME INSPECTION UPDATE –
August 8, 2024
Dear Symphony Village Residents:
Thank you again to all those who have taken action to improve the appearance of their home and property in anticipation of the upcoming inspections!
This is a reminder that the third-party inspection company, HOA Inspection Services, is contracted to inspect all 395 homes within the community. Thus far, all homes on the streets listed below have been inspected:
- Concerto Ave
- Encore Ct
- Harmony Way
Letters containing the inspection results were to be mailed via postal mail by the third-party inspection company yesterday, Wednesday, Augst 8, 2024. If you receive a notice in the mail containing findings, please follow the instructions outlined in the letter. If you do NOT receive a letter, no action is needed.
Homes on the streets listed below have NOT been inspected. The contractor will be inspecting homes on these streets next week, the week of August 12, 2024, weather permitting.

- Overture Way
- Sonata Way
- Symphony Way
