HOME INSPECTION UPDATE – July 15, 2024

 

Dear Symphony Village Residents:

Thank you again to all those who have taken action to improve the appearance of their home and property in anticipation of the upcoming inspections!

This is a reminder that the third-party inspection company, HOA Inspection Services, is contracted to inspect all 395 homes within the community. Thus far, all homes on the streets listed below have been inspected:

  • Concerto Ave
  • Encore Ct
  • Harmony Way

Letters containing the inspection results are to be mailed via postal mail by the third-party inspection company today. If you receive a notice in the mail containing findings, please follow the instructions outlined in the letter. If you do NOT receive a letter, no action is needed.

Homes on the following streets have NOT been inspected to date.

  • Opera Ct
  • Orchestra Pl
  • Overture Way
  • Sonata Way
  • Symphony Way

The timeframe for the inspection of the remaining streets is forthcoming and notice will be sent as additional information becomes available.
