UPDATE - 2024 Home Inspections
HOME INSPECTION UPDATE – May 31, 2024
Dear Symphony Village Residents:
Thank you to all those who have already taken action to improve the appearance of their home and property in anticipation of the upcoming inspections!
The third-party inspection company, HOA Inspection Services, contracted to inspect all 395 homes within the community, is tentatively scheduled to be onsite next week, the week of June 3, 2024, to conduct inspections, weather permitting.
As noted in the April 16, 2024 notice issued by the third-party, HOA Inspection Services, the company will be taking photos of the homes as part of the inspections. Their photographer will be identifiable by their colored safety vest. They will use cameras to take photos of homes from common/public areas. The photographer will not discuss what issues MAY be cited for your or anyone else’s property.
If the property is cited for any issues, the owner will receive a notice from HOA Inspection Services in the weeks following the inspection. The notice will be sent via postal mail and provide the compliance period within which cited items must be rectified. There will be follow-up inspections of the homes cited for pending issues.
