FREE Fitness Room Orientation Session Reminder

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

This is a reminder that the Association’s contractor, RMS Fitness Equipment Services, will be holding orientation sessions (all of which are already full) in the Clubhouse Fitness Center.

Please call the management office if you are unsure as to which session you signed up for.

If your plans have changed, please notify the management office ASAP, so that you can be removed from the list.

The dates and times are listed below:

  • Wednesday, March 13 at 10 am
  • Wednesday, March 13 at 11:30 am
  • Wednesday, March 13 at 2:30 pm

 

Please read below for a list of topics to be covered in each orientation session, such as a description of each piece of equipment, what each piece is used for, and how to use each piece of equipment.
