FREE Fitness Room Orientation Sessions added
Greetings Symphony Village Residents,
The Association’s contractor, RMS Fitness Equipment Services, has added two more orientation sessions in the Clubhouse Fitness Center on the following dates and times.
- Wednesday, March 13 at 11:30 am
- Wednesday, March 13 at 2:30 pm
All experience levels are welcome to attend. The sessions are being held free of charge and will be limited to approximately 10 residents per session.
To attend, please sign up in the Clubhouse Wall Street Room as soon as possible.
Please read below for a list of topics to be covered in each orientation session, such as a description of each piece of equipment, what each piece is used for, and how to use each piece of equipment.
If you have signed up for a time slot and can not make it please notify the management office as soon as possible (410)758-8500 so that someone on the wait list can be contacted. This is a sought-after orientation and we would like to accommodate everyone who would like to take part.
