Imagine your family making important (possibly end-of-life) health care decisions for you without knowing what you want. Chocolate won’t cure that kind of stress on them! (Do you want a feeding tube or not, do you want life support or not, etc.)
The Symphony Village Community Emergency Response Team is hosting an instructional presentation by the University of Maryland Shore Health on January 30 at 11 am. Sign up and attend to create your Advance Directive in private for your medical records and family.
