Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

The option to opt out of all front bed services at your home is now available for the 2024 landscape season. The front bed contracted services include but are not limited to shrub pruning, edging, mulching, and Spring fertilization/weed treatment application in the front bed. If you choose to opt out of the front bed services, no contracted front bed landscape services will be completed at your home during the 2024 season.

The form is available online by clicking here but paper copies are available at the front desk if you prefer. If you wish to opt out of 2024, please submit a completed form to the Management Office no later than Monday, January 29, 2024.

A paper copy of the completed form may be returned to the Management office at the front desk, by email to agm@symphonyvillagehoa.com by fax to 410-758-8609, or via postal mail to 100 Symphony Way, Centreville, MD 21617.

To maintain a cohesive appearance throughout the community, the 2024 opt-out procedure does not include the option to opt out of contracted turf services. The turf services include mowing, fertilization, and weed treatments/chemical applications. Residents may, however, contract an outside service to complete additional turf treatments at their expense.
