Symphony Village Residents,

Second Wind Contracting will be on site to begin sidewalk block replacement on Opera Court, Overture Way and Encore Court next week starting Monday, October 9, weather permitting. Please see below for additional information.

The projected dates the crew will be working on specific streets are listed below:
 

OPERA COURT

Monday, October 9 – concrete blocks will be removed and temporary construction fencing will be installed for safety

Wednesday, October 11 – concrete will be poured

OPERA COURT: 135, 138, 221, 239, 247, 312, 403, 406, 415, 416

OVERTURE WAY & ENCORE COURT 

Tuesday, October 10 - concrete blocks will be removed and temporary construction fencing will be installed for safety

Wednesday, October 11 – concrete will be poured

ENCORE COURT: 118, 125, 126, 130, 134, 147

OVERTURE WAY: 305, 310, 313, 321, 339, 351
 

All vehicles need to be off the street by 7:00 a.m. on the day(s) the sidewalk work is scheduled in your area. It is recommended that vehicles be parked inside the garage or on another street while the work is taking place. If it is not possible to relocate the vehicle, please park as close to the garage door as possible during this time. Vehicles may be returned after 6:00 p.m.

The temporary construction fence will be installed after the concrete blocks have been removed for safety. The fencing will be left in place at each location on Opera, Overture and Encore until at least Friday, October 13 to allow the concrete to cure adequately. Please do not remove, relocate or enter the areas blocked by the fencing.

CLUBHOUSE SIDEWALKS

The sidewalk replacements should not impact traffic but please be mindful of trucks, equipment, and crew members in the corresponding areas. If you are a walker or runner please be advised of these areas to avoid as the sidewalks will be inaccessible.

Notice will be sent for any scheduling changes.
