Symphony Village Residents,

Second Wind Contracting will be on site to begin sidewalk block replacement in various locations throughout the community starting Wednesday, October 4, 2023, weather permitting. Please see below for additional information.

The projected dates the crew will be working on specific streets are listed below:

Wednesday, October 4

EQUIPMENT MOBILIZATION & SAW CUTTING ONLY – demolition and replacement will begin on Thursday, October 5 and continue as noted below.

OPERA COURT

Thursday, October 5 & Friday, October 6

OPERA COURT:  135, 138, 221, 239, 247, 312, 403, 406, 415, 416

ENCORE COURT & OVERTURE WAY

Monday, October 9, Tuesday, October 10 & Wednesday, October 11

ENCORE COURT: 118, 125, 126, 130, 134, 147

CLUBHOUSE SIDEWALKS

All vehicles need to be off the street by 7:00 a.m. on the day(s) the sidewalk replacement is scheduled in your area. It is recommended that vehicles be parked inside the garage or on another street while the work is taking place. If it is not possible to relocate the vehicle, please park as close to the garage door as possible during this time. Vehicles may be returned after 6:00 p.m.

The sidewalk replacements should not impact traffic but please be mindful of trucks, equipment, and crew members in the corresponding areas. If you are a walker or runner please be advised of these areas to avoid as the sidewalks will be inaccessible.

Notice will be sent for any scheduling changes.
