Bread Cornucopia Class
Bread Cornucopias can be made as traditional table centerpieces for Thanksgiving, as part of a
charcuterie board, or for impressive easy desserts. In the class, we will learn to make the traditional centerpiece.

Maximum class: 8 participants
Cornucopias will be formed by each participant and then taken home to bake. The recipe makes a
cornucopia 12” long with a 6” opening - smaller cornucopias can be made.
When: Thursday, October 26
Where: Clubhouse Craft Room
What will be supplied:
Disposable aluminum pan to form the shape
Bread dough
Cooking spray
Aluminum foil
Surface for handling the dough
Latex gloves
Extra rolling pins
Extra pizza cutter
Demonstration and Pictured instructions for making the centerpiece
Techniques for making charcuterie and dessert cornucopias
What participants are to bring:
Cookie sheet
One or two kitchen tea towels
Rolling pin or tall tumbler/glass
Pizza cutter or long kitchen knife
$15 cash due at class
