Dear Symphony Village Fitness Room Users,

As you may be aware, there are currently two treadmills out of service in the clubhouse fitness room. On July 26^th RMS Fitness was contacted and scheduled to come out to investigate the problem with the first treadmill. On August 1^st RMS Fitness assessed the first treadmill and discovered it needed a new motor module/control board. On August 4^th, an estimate for repairs was sent to HOA management and forwarded on to the Operations committee with the recommendation from the fitness maintenance company that the treadmill should be replaced due to its age. The second treadmill stopped working on August 7^th. We are currently awaiting a technician to come out to assess the problem with this treadmill. Please know that we are working diligently to obtain a prompt resolution to these breakdowns and appreciate your patience as we await the decision-making process. Please be aware that in order to utilize the two remaining treadmills, residents may need to adjust their workout schedule. We apologize for this inconvenience.
