The SV Board and Management are quite concerned about SV Irrigation leaks and outages, particularly as we find ourselves in a moderate drought early this summer. Management is working with Montgomery Irrigation to get the full system functioning as quickly as possible.

The Board will be discussing Irrigation issues and related planning this week during Wednesday and Friday meetings. Our current outage involves a leak in one of the gate valves that controls flows on the main lines from the pump stations to the 129 irrigation zones. Last month, we experienced leaks near pump stations shortly after the system came online. Last year, we had breaks in major pipes, including one under Symphony Way.

It's certainly frustrating to own the system, pay substantial maintenance costs, and still experience these service outages. Thanks for your patience.  We all want to do better.
