In preparation for the June 23^rd Board of Directors Meeting the Board will hold an open in-person-only Board of Directors Information Review & Discussion on Wednesday, June 21^st at 1:00 pm in Concert Hall B.

The information to be reviewed and topics to be discussed on Wednesday, June 21^st may include, but are not limited to the following:

   1. Reserve Study - schedule and status
   2. Terms of Reference Update - process and status
       
2. Operations Committee Recommendations
   1. Leg Press machine to replace Elliptical in gym estimated $3500
   2. Three tabletop mics for hybrid committee meetings estimated $1,200
   3. Stormwater Inlet Repairs estimated $5,000
       
3. Landscape and Irrigation Recommendations
   1. Bravo plantings estimated $6,500
   2. Sweetgum tree mulching estimated $6,300
   3. Overseeding/Aeration of Resident Lots estimated $44,000

Residents who choose to attend the in-person Board of Directors Information Review & Discussion will have an opportunity to comment on the discussion topics at the start of review and discussion.
