From the Outreach Committee and Neighbor to Neighbor:  

Most of us have been caregivers at one time in our lives. We may be caregivers now or taking care of someone. Also, we need to know how to care for ourselves. Please look at the session we are having next Wednesday, June 8, and think about attending.

"The second "Understanding Your Grief Journey" workshop will be held on Thursday, June 8th beginning at 6:00 pm in the Concert Hall. The topic for the session is 'Dealing with the Challenges of Caregiving (for a loved one...and just as importantly, for oneself after a loss.)" Light refreshments will be provided."
