Symphony Village Residents,

This is a reminder that residents are not to direct the Association’s contractors. The contractors are not to make changes or modifications to the common area without express permission from the Board of Directors or Management.

If you have a concern about the common area or the contractor’s service, please do not stop and address the contractor or crew members directly. Instead, please CLICK HERE to submit a work order and attached photos, if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, you may contact the office by phone at 410-758-8500.

Management receives the work order submissions via email moments after they are entered. The work orders will be addressed by the contractor or forwarded to the appropriate party i.e. the Landscape & Irrigation Committee, the Operations Committee, etc. if part of a larger project.

The contractors have specific contract provisions to adhere to. If you have questions about a contract or work order, please contact the Management Office at 410-758-8500 with any questions.
