REMINDER from Outreach and Neighbor-to-Neighbor: The first drop-in “Understanding Your Grief Journey” is Thursday, May 11^th beginning at 6:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.

We all need to think about grief differently. It’s about the loss of many things as we get older. We may have lost energy, or the ability to walk the way we used to walk. If we retired, we may be grieving about the loss of our job. If we always planned to go to Egypt and see the pyramids, we may know that will never get there and we may be grieving that the person we are now will never make that trip. The facilitator who is presenting “Understanding Your Grief Journey” on Thursday evening at 6 o’clock is going to give us all strategies on how to deal with losses and grieving. Members of outreach and Neighbor-To-Neighbor hope to see you all there.
