The Symphony Village Community Emergency Response Team (SV CERT) has arranged for a tour of the Medevac facility in Easton, MD on Thursday, May 11, at 3:00pm. If you are interested, please sign-up in the Wall Street room. Space is limited, so please sign-up early.
The Maryland State Police, Aviation Command (which includes medevac helicopters), transports critical patients to hospitals quickly, searches and rescues missing persons and assists state and local law enforcement agencies with a variety of public safety missions -- 24 hours a day! Based at the Easton Airport in Talbot County, Maryland’s Eastern Shore is the home of Trooper 6. Primarily serving Queen Anne’s, Caroline, Talbot, and Dorchester Counties, Trooper 6 also serves Anne Arundel County, when needed. It’s just a quick flight across the Bay!
