Symphony Village Residents,
On December 7, 2022 the Board of Directors approved an addendum to homeowner lease agreements specific to Symphony Village HOA. This form was approved by the Board as a stipulation of the governing document amendments as approved by the membership (homeowners) earlier this year.
If your home is currently occupied by a tenant, please complete and return the lease addendum to the Management Office as soon as possible.
If you are considering leasing your home now or in the future, the completed lease addendum must be returned to the Management Office with a copy of the fully executed lease agreement within five (5) days after execution.
This is a reminder that homes in Symphony Village may be leased for a minimum of six (6) months and tenants must comply with the terms outlined in the Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations of the community. In the addendum, lessees and lessors are asked to specifically acknowledge the provisions in the Declaration of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which include but are not limited to age restrictions, number of occupants and visitor occupants, vehicles and pets.
